I grew up with my grandmother who believed in giving us herbs everytime we were sick. I cannot recall the times I have taken antibiotics, most of the time were herbs given to me with great results.

What's your experience with herbs?

I don't have a lot of experience with herbs, but that has more to do with not knowing how to use them than it does not believing they are beneficial. The one herb I have used is garlic, which is great for an antibiotic and for strengthening the immune system. I think it would be great to go back to the medicinal benefits of herbs, as man has done for centuries.
